This estate dates back to the 14th century and was the hunting lodge of the famous princely Florentine family Passerini (...of the famous Princes Passerini of Florence).
It is situated at an altitude of 700 metres and therefore offers a beautiful view of the landscape and enjoys sunshine until late evening. I consists of four units.
"Gianna", "Marco" and "Giulia" are in one building with separate entrance for each. Each unit has 2 bedrooms with four beds, living-room with fireplace, kitchen, bath, central heating.

At a little distance there is a small house "Forno", 1 bedroom with double bed, bath with shower, large living-room with couch bed for max. 2 children, old oven in the kitchen part. Suitable for 2 persons. 2 adults with 2 children possible.
Large terrace in front of the house.
Garden furniture for all units and round the pool.
Also suitable for large groups since there is a central room for fêtes and parties.

Distances to Londa: 7 km, to Florence 40 km approx. It is possible to buy wine and oil on the estate as well as every-day groceries. It is also possible to have meals prepared, to have guided tours organised etc.
